What to Expect

Fees and Payments

Learning and cognitive evaluations can be tailored to your child's specific needs, and thus the cost can vary from one family to the next. However, I want you to be well informed of the general cost for services. We will discuss specific testing costs at our initial contact.  

Prices of testing can range from $800 for cognitive evaluation, up to $3000 for a full learning and/or academic evaluation.

**Coming to your home for testing will be an additional $100- $250 depending on travel distance/time**

Fees also include a clinical interview with you, guardians, and/or child at the start of the evaluation, communicating with school providers, and reviewing all results and specific recommendations at the end.

Payments: Once you and your family have decided to move forward with an evaluation, you have a few choices for payment. One, you pay the entire fee after the evaluation; or two, you can 50% at the time of testing and then the final payment will be expected at the feedback session.
